How it works

Instead of buying, installing, upgrading and maintaining software to run your accounts (and other systems) on your PC you pay a monthly susbscription to run your accounts (and other fully integrated optional business addons) on secure servers accessible anytime from anywhere - all you need is an internet connection.

This way of working is referred to as cloud computing, on-demand service, hosted software, SaaS or Software as a Service - different names but they all mean the same. The benefits are not only financial and practical but can give your business a definate advantage.

By utilising this technology we work as part of your (virtual) team on your online accounting system freeing up your time for you to work more productively

  1. You do as much, or as little, of your bookkeeping, VAT and accountancy as you wish
    1. e.g. you may want to invoice your customers online and then email them direct to your customers from the system, or print and snail-mail, and leave everything else to us - we fit in with your requirements and way of working
  2. You send us your invoices, receipts etc
    1. by post / fax / email / delivered direct to us
    2. or scan and email direct into your online accounts (incurs an additional £4.50 monthly charge)
  3. We process and do your bookkeeping, VAT, accountancy etc according to your service agreement
    1. Choose from standard or priority service
  4. You have 24/7/365 access to your online accounts so you know exactly how your business is doing - All you need is an internet connection.

The failing with many online (and off-line) accounting systems is that you can end up with several separate systems if your business has additional requirements such as stock control or project management etc. This not only means an unnecessary duplication of work but consumes time and effort that could otherwise be channeled into more productive areas of your business.

  • Priority
    Your submitted documents and related bookkeeping and services will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
